Kevin McGowin recently moved to New Orleans from Somersworth, New Hampshire, to become a theatre critic, like Allan Swafford used to be. McGowin is the author of The Benny Poda Years.
McGowin is featured in Gambit Weekly's yearly "40 Under 40 (2001)" — a selection of "people who truly make a difference" in New Orleans.
